• No cancellations are allowed once recorded course materials are accessed.

2. Refunds:

• No refunds are provided once live courses begin.
• No refunds for eBooks or digital material once downloaded.

3. Refund Processing:

Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Physical shipping does not apply, as all services and products are digital.
